1 Yellow Cake mix
1 Lemon Instant Pudding mix
4 Eggs
¾ c. Oil
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Poppy Seeds
Mix together for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased (Pam'd) bundt cake pan
Bake 350 – 40 mins or when toothpick comes out clean.
24 Cupcakes – bake 20+ mins.
